We’re a third of the way through December and I already feel like it’s Christmas! I’ve been wrapping up my work for the year and getting ready for a restful break so I can charge into 2025 at full tilt. I’m planning an ambitious writing pace for Blood Veil, aiming for a mid-year release with 6 – 7 books releasing simultaneously. Yes, you read that right. No delays for you binge readers.
In puppy news, Pippin is still pretty anxious after his vet visit, where we had to leave him at the animal hospital for 6 hours so he could be observed. His separation anxiety has become really bad, so we haven’t been able to leave him at any time. Previously, he only needed one of us at a time, but now he freaks out if one of us leaves.
We had to take him to the vet again for similar symptoms. We’re hoping his stomach recovers for good soon.
In good news, we took him to his first puppy class, and now he knows how to sit, lie down and has some semblance of doggy dignity.
